ANODIZING
We offer MIL-A-8625 Type III (Hardcoat) Class 1 (silver and dark) and Class 2 (dyed) anodizing services for a wide range of applications.
Hard-Anodizing
Type III (Hardcoat) Class 1 (dark)
anodizing for aluminium dies, rolls, and other industrial components that increases lifespan by substantially increasing wear and tear resistance.
A hard-anodized coating of up to 50 micros can be applied.
Soft-Anodizing
Type III (Hardcoat) Class 1 (soft)
anodizing for aluminium dies, rolls, and other industrial components that increases lifespan by increasing wear and tear resistance.
A soft-anodized coating of up to 20 micros can be applied.

PLANT OPERATING HOURS
We operate our anodizing plant 24 hours 7 days a week to ensure a turn around time of 12 hours from receipt of goods.
Goods delivered in the morning are anodized by the evening of the same day; goods delivered in the evening are anodized by the next morning.
